We've received a few questions about what we're doing at Fallon Solutions to ensure the health of our customers and staff, so we thought we'd keep you up to date. The following procedures are being applied for the foreseeable future to ensure you're in safe hands:
Thorough and regular hand washing procedures.
All our staff have been trained in hand washing and hand rubbing techniques and use hand sanitiser, soap and gloves.
Keeping a respectful distance when performing our work.
We've reviewed our work procedures and trained our staff to maintain a separation from our customers of 1.5 metres for the majority if not all of the visit to your home.
Respiratory hygiene and the use of personal protective equipment where appropriate. Our staff have been trained in the use of recommended safety gear.
Rescheduling work in the event a customer shows cold or flu-like symptoms
Your new job booking experience will also include a question from our office around this aspect of social distancing.
Isolating our staff if they have undiagnosed cold or flu-like symptoms and upon return from overseas travel to high risk countries.
We have put away the time-honoured handshake.
